    Trailspark writes to four custom fields on Contact: Score, Reasoning, Confidence, and Top Signals. A one-click setup creates them with the right types and labels.

    ### Configure Contact-over-Lead priority

    Choose whether Trailspark writes to Contact records only or also to Lead records when a matching Contact does not exist. The recommended setup is Contact-first with Lead fallback disabled for teams using Salesforce Professional and above.
